Start Palacio do Governo.<\/p>\n<p>Entry forms available from and payment made to Castaway Bar, Dili Club, Monkey Bar, Harvey World Travel or UNMIT intranet.<\/p>\n<p>Entry fee is US$5.00  Entries close 24 November 2006.
